Double precision valves:

Turn on twice valves at the beginning to ensure the flow velocity and then dispense the rest volume by small valve to rise the dispensing accuracy.

Weighing on balance:

Instead of using flowmeter, weighing sensor is installed on the bottom of the barrel to ensure the whole weighing process is under monitoring.

Liquid circulates during dispensing:

Use magnetic pump to circulate dye liquid. The bottle of barrel is cone-shaped to eliminate dead space. The total storage barrel could be replaced easily.

Leakage-free plate:

A plate is placed under the dispensing valve and only move away during dispending process to prevent frompotential leaking risk.

Distributed system - One dispensing machine works for each ten dyeing vats.

Transporting speed is the key for dyeing deep color or production in large vat. Weighing accuracy would be more
