In principle, the wire conductor of the test sample should be connected to the high - voltage, and the saltwater for testing should be grounded, which ensures testing safety. B. It is not recommended to connect the saltwater to the high - voltage and ground the conductor of the test wire. C. The testing equipment must be placed within a safety fence during testing to avoid personal safety accidents.
