Selection of constant temperature and humidity test chamber

Selection of constant temperature and humidity test chamber

Choosing a suitable testing equipment should be based on the size of the test sample and the selection of the inner container of the test chamber. When placing the trial product (electronic components, components, components, or whole machine) into a climate chamber for testing, in order to ensure that the tested product can meet the environmental conditions specified in the test specifications, three points should be followed between the working space size of the climate chamber and the external dimensions of the tested product: 1. The volume of the tested product should not exceed the effective working space of the test chamber (20-35), and it is recommended to choose products that generate heat during the test not exceeding 30mm; 2. The ratio of the windward cross-sectional area of the tested product to the total working chamber area of the test box on that section shall not exceed (35-50); 3. The distance between the outer surface of the tested product and the wall of the test box should be maintained at least 100-150mm.

In terms of product performance, we also need to choose carefully! There are several key aspects that need to be considered!

1. Temperature range: What is the temperature range of the device. There are currently four standard temperature ranges available for customers to choose from, A: 0 ℃~100 ℃; B: -20 ℃~150 ℃; C: -40 ℃~150 ℃; D: -60 ℃~150 ℃. If customers require non-standard temperatures, production can also be carried out, with temperatures up to -90 ℃.

2. Cycling function: Does the device have a temperature cycling function, which is to repeatedly cycle and switch curves between temperatures. We refer to such equipment with cycling function as the High Low Temperature Alternating Current Test Chamber (GDJW). For specific differences between the two, you can click to enter the technical literature on "Is high and low temperature test chambers and high and low temperature alternating test chambers the same concept?".

3. Humidity range: Does the device have a humidity function. We call it a high and low temperature humidity and heat test chamber (GDS) or a constant temperature and humidity test chamber (HS) with a humidity range. The humidity range is generally controlled between 20% to 98% R.H (when the temperature is between 25 ℃ to 80 ℃).

4. Selection of hardware for system control. In terms of hardware selection, it is mainly based on the customer's actual operation, experimental purposes, and product costs.
