It is made of tool steel and has a long wear-resistant service life and high accuracy. There are two operating methods for the deflection inspection instrument: one is to use a wrench to press and move back to clamp the workpiece that needs to be inspected for inspection, and the other is to install a handwheel at the back. When the workpiece is pushed up, use a locking buckle to lock it, and use a dial gauge or micrometer to inspect the accuracy of the workpiece.

The selection of the deflection tester should be based on the accuracy value and diameter length of the shaft type inspected by the manufacturer. The length is generally divided into models such as 300mm, 500mm, 1000mm, etc., and it should be manufactured according to the requirements according to the data of professional manufacturers.
