Anti corrosion magnetic flap level gauge

Anti corrosion magnetic flap level gauge

The anti-corrosion method of a corrosion-resistant magnetic flap level gauge mainly involves lining the inner wall of the magnetic flap level gauge body and the outer surface of the magnetic float with a layer of corrosion-resistant material to block it from the measured corrosive liquid, thereby achieving the goal of corrosion resistance and ensuring long-term stable operation of the outer surface. However, due to the varied detailed working conditions and varying corrosion intensities, in order to achieve better anti-corrosion effects, it is necessary to choose different lining materials to adapt to them. So, what are the differences in the characteristics and applications of corrosion-resistant magnetic flap level gauges with lining materials of different anti-corrosion materials?

1、 Method of using stainless steel tube lined with PTFE: Insert the PTFE tube into the stainless steel body, flip both ends and tightly adhere to the flange sealing surface.

Features: This method has a reliable structure, long service life, and strong anti-corrosion performance.

Application: Suitable for measuring liquid levels in highly corrosive media with high operating temperatures.

2、 Select stainless steel body with polypropylene lining: Use stainless steel pipes on the outside of the PP pipe to strengthen maintenance.

Features: It can improve the structural strength of PP pipes and has high corrosion resistance.

Application: Suitable for measuring acidic and alkaline liquids such as hydrochloric acid, as well as corrosive liquids such as many organic solvents, with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. Note that it is not suitable for measuring highly corrosive liquids such as concentrated nitric acid, acid mixtures, chlorinated solvents, aliphatic compounds, aromatic hydrogen, etc.

3、 Directly use polypropylene (PP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) corrosion-resistant engineering plastic pipes to make the main body.

Features: Compared to PTFE lining, this product has better temperature and pressure resistance. When the temperature is less than 60 ℃ and the pressure is low, this product has a higher cost-effectiveness.

Application: Suitable for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid.
