Non contact temperature measurement technology

Temperature has always been one of the most commonly used and important physical parameters in the field of measurement.

Based on the principles of Planck and Boltzmann radiation laws, non-contact infrared thermometers measure the surface temperature of an object by absorbing the infrared energy radiated outward from the surface. The infrared probe converts the detected infrared energy into an electrical signal, which is then processed through circuit calculations and ultimately converted into a linear temperature signal value for further signal processing and control.

Portable and online infrared thermometers have been successfully applied in a wide range of temperature monitoring fields, such as process quality control, industrial automation systems, industrial equipment maintenance and repair, and so on.

The infrared non-contact thermometer can not only measure moving or difficult to approach targets, but also ensure fast and accurate measurement results.
