Impact testing machine low-temperature tank test

The impact testing machine low-temperature tank is a new type of low-temperature refrigeration product developed and manufactured according to the national metal low-temperature sample testing method.

Due to its special structure, alcohol (i.e. high concentration anhydrous ethanol) must be used as a medium for cooling in the cold tank.

In traditional experimental methods, liquid nitrogen or dry ice are generally used to achieve low temperatures;

This method has poor constant temperature performance, large temperature gradient, significant resource waste, inconvenient operation, and a risk of frostbite.

The impact test low-temperature instrument uses a single compressor or a cascade refrigeration system to produce low-temperature equipment with different temperature ranges such as -30 ℃, -40 ℃, -60 ℃, -80 ℃, -100 ℃, -110 ℃, etc;

Can be used for testing methods such as Charpy pendulum impact and ferrite drop hammer impact.

The impact specimen low-temperature groove is widely used in low-temperature physical and chemical tests in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, boilers and pressure vessels, steel, steel pipes, hardware, casting, pumps, valves, fasteners, vehicles and ships, mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, and scientific research.
