  • The moisture permeability of protective clothing should be no less than 2,500 g/(m2 d), the test items of synthetic blood penetration resistance should be no less than Class II requirements,
  • The breaking strength of materials at key parts of protective clothing should be no less than 45N
  • The elongation at break should be no less than 15%
  • The filtration efficiency of non-oily particles should be greater than or equal to 70%
  • The static attenuation time should not exceed 0.5s, and the residual amount of ethylene oxide should not exceed 10.

The Static Decay Meter adopts DC charging method, which is a complete system for testing electrostatic characteristics of materials in accordance with American military standard method 4046. The equipment is a standard equipment for testing whether the material is qualified or not, which conforms to MIL-PRF-81705D specification of American standard.

Comply with American static attenuation test standard IST 40.2(01), American federal standard FED-STD-101C(Method 4046), American military standard MIL-B-81705C, Chinese GB 19082 and Chinese military standard GJB2625.

The configured magnetic suction rod is used for testing film and cloth materials; The metal fixture can test thick blocks, foams or materials with other shapes and textures. The IC chip packaging tube can be nondestructive tested by selecting IC tube fixture; The 806B nondestructive testing electrode can be directly placed on the sample, and can also test the electrostatic decay time of powder and liquid.

The matching Faraday test cage provides a shielding space, the sample is placed in the faraday cage for testing, and the faraday cage is connected with the host computer through matching connecting wires. The faraday cage has an interlocking device, and when the faraday cage is turned on, the output of the high voltage power supply is cut off.

STM-2 verification module provides a standard resistor, and the capacitor directly adopts the system capacitor. Test STM-2 standard module can verify whether it is normal or not.
  
The static voltage probe located in the faraday cage can be removed and placed on the 806B nondestructive electrode, which can directly test powder, liquid and solid samples.
