① Dissolve analytical pure sodium chloride in pure water at a concentration of (50 ± 10) g/L;

② Measure the pH value of the test solution using a pH test strip at 25 ℃, ranging from 6.5 to 7.5;

③ When it exceeds the range, analytical pure hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide solution can be added for adjustment. The prepared solution must be filtered before use.

Regarding the preparation of acetate solution in the salt spray test chamber

① Firstly, dissolve the analytical pure sodium chloride in the pure water of the weathering test equipment, with a concentration of (50 ± 10) g/L;

② Then adjust the pH value of the solution with acetic acid to be within the range of 3.1 to 3.3, which is measured using the collected salt spray sample;

③ The pH value should be measured at 25 ℃, and the prepared solution must be filtered before use.
