The UV aging tester is an accelerated aging life test, the purpose is to improve the environmental stress (such as temperature) and working stress (voltage and load applied to the product), speed up the test process and shorten the life test time of the product or system, it is in the LED important role in the industry.

 

When producing LED lamps, the quality of LED lamps must be strictly controlled. The function of UV aging tester is an important part of the aging test of LED lamps. The UV aging tester is mainly used to test the moisture capacity of semiconductor packages. Products to be tested are tested under stringent temperature, humidity and pressure.
