Fiber Thermal Shrinkage Tester

  • introduction
The fiber thermal shrinkage tester is lately developed based on the digital technology. It is applied to the dry thermal shrinkage test of staple chemical fibers. The instrument is read by the imaging device in turn to read the changes of the fiber length before and after the heating of the fiber on the cylinder frame, and the average heat shrinkage and coefficient of variation of the fiber are calculated automatically. The test process is monitored by the computer and the test results are automatically displayed and printed.

Application
The instrument can meet the requirements of FZ / T50004-1991 standard, and it can be widely used in chemical fiber, textile and other production enterprises, fiber inspection institutions and scientific research units for single chemical fiber thermal shrinkage test.
